Landlord Fees


As with our general approach to business we simply have a straight forward openness to this subject. We appreciate the need to be able to calculate the running costs of your investment – so unlike the competitors around us we publish our fees, we hope you find this refreshing.

UK based residential/student Landlord, with a property of not more than 2 bedrooms –
  • Marketing only - £400
  • Let only - £500
  • Rent & Collect - £700
  • Fully Managed - £900
For a larger property or student property with additional bedrooms, add - £75 per bedroom.

If you are an overseas Landlord Add - £100 (rent & collect, managed only)

Having successfully found you a tenant our fees will be taken from the first months rent – if we are not, there is no fee to pay.

At the start of each Tenancy each Landlord will be charged for registering the tenants deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), this charge will be - £41 unless of course, you have your own TDS arrangements.

Renewal of Tenancy –
  • Let only - £100
  • Rent & Collect - £500
  • Fully Managed - £700
Plus £75 per additional room if applicable.

If as a landlord you require Rent Guarantee (insurance) with our Rent & Collect or Managed service it can be easily arranged from the outset on your property. All potential tenants are screened according to our set criteria. It is an additional cost of;

  • £40 per tenant for a six month tenancy
  • £80 per tenant for a 12 month tenancy.
